The responsibility for the accuracy of listings, property conditions, and guest experiences lies with the respective property owners or managers.
3. USER ELIGIBILITY
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the property owner/manager.
- Prices displayed are per night and may vary based on dates, seasonality, and special events.
- Additional charges such as GST (18%), security deposits, and extra guest fees may apply.
- Payment must be made through our approved payment methods.
- A booking is confirmed only after full payment or agreed advance payment is received.
5. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
As a guest, you agree to:
- Treat the property with respect and leave it in the same condition as found
- Comply with all house rules set by the property owner/manager
- Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the booking
- Report any damages or issues immediately to the host and Stay India
- Not engage in any illegal activities on the property
- Not host events or parties unless explicitly permitted
6. PROPERTY OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES
Property owners/managers listed on Stay India agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about their properties
- Maintain properties in safe and habitable conditions
- Honor confirmed bookings unless unforeseen circumstances prevent it
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
- Comply with all local laws and regulations regarding vacation rentals
7. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellation and refund policies vary by property. Please refer to our Rules & Policies for detailed information. Each property listing also includes specific cancellation terms that apply to that booking.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Stay India acts solely as an intermediary between guests and property owners. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from your use of our services or your stay at any property. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage, personal injury, theft, or any disputes between guests and property owners.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Stay India website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Stay India or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Stay India reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
